HERE'S
HOW "COZY FLOOR" WORKS
 A
"PEX" radiant hot water hose is looped though
a series of steel pipes that are welded to the bottom of
a series of triangular shaped steel bars forming a grid
system. Hot water is pumped through the pipes, radiating
heat through the pipes and into the bars where the calves
sleep. Excess dry heat then radiates upward into the air
space where the calf lives, preventing any cold drafts.
"COZY
FLOOR" works well with computerized automatic feeding
stations that are becoming more popular here in the U.S.
